A plain-English summary of the agreement between you and PRYVELA.
Your subscription
PRYVELA is provided on a monthly or annual subscription. New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Billing
Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. Message and SMS usage may be charged separately based on what you send. Invoices and payment details are available in your billing portal.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to only contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, to honour opt-out requests, and not to use it to send misleading, harassing or unlawful messages.
AI-generated content
Drafts, replies and campaigns produced by the platform are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything sent to your customers. We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, and figures described as estimates are estimates only.
Your data
You keep ownership of your business and customer data. You can export or delete it. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure, and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Third-party integrations may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
Changes
