While your account is open
We keep your business and customer records for as long as your account is active, so the platform can work for you.
Retention settings
Account owners can choose how long old records are kept from the Privacy page inside the app. Older records are removed automatically on a schedule.
When you close your account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Your data is then removed, except where we must keep limited records such as invoices by law.
Exports
You can download a copy of your data from the Privacy page before closing your account.
