What we process
Contact details, enquiries, messages, bookings and notes that you add or connect, only to provide the service to you.
Your instructions
We only process this data on your instructions. Messages to your customers are never sent without your approval.
Security
Each business's data is kept separate, access is limited by role, and actions are recorded in an audit log.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of providers to run the service, listed on our subprocessors page.
Requests and breaches
We will help you answer requests from your customers and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.
End of service
When you close your account we delete your data, apart from records we must keep by law.
