Your business is separated from every other
Every record belongs to one business and is locked to it in the database itself, not by a check in the screens. No other business can reach your customers, messages, files or figures.
Nothing is sent without your approval
Your AI team writes; you decide. Every draft waits in one place until somebody with permission approves it. Complaints, refunds, legal and health matters always come to a person first.
Real roles, enforced on the data
Owner, admin, manager, staff, marketing, accountant, read-only and integration manager. What each role can see and do is enforced on the records, so it holds even outside the app.
A full audit trail
Who approved what, when, what was sent and what changed — kept as history you can read back. Refused attempts are recorded too.
Keys are never typed into the screens
Connections to your other tools are held on the server. Keys and passwords are never stored in the website code and are never shown back to you.
You control the data
Take a copy of everything at any time, set how long records are kept, choose what your AI may read, and ask for deletion. Marketing permission is checked on every single send.
